Obtain the V3 Flash drive on Lighthouse
Pick up the quest item in raid. It can be lost on death, so prioritize a safe extraction after obtaining it.

Reflash the Radio transmitter
Collect the required quantity and keep it in the stash. Do not sell or use it before hand-in.

Visit the Lighthouse building
Enter the named objective zone and wait for the task notification before moving on.

Hand over the flash drive
After extracting with the quest item, hand it over from the trader task screen before taking it into another raid.
