Pick up the quest item in raid. It can be lost on death, so prioritize a safe extraction after obtaining it.

Find Sanitar's workplace in The Lab
Enter the named objective zone and wait for the task notification before moving on.

Hand over the Flash drive marked with blue tape
After extracting with the quest item, hand it over from the trader task screen before taking it into another raid.
