Terms of Use
1. Agreement and operator
These Terms form an agreement between you and the independent operator publishing ITA under the name Interzone Team, based in the Republic of Belarus. By installing, accessing or purchasing ITA you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service
ITA is an unofficial desktop companion providing local recognition, personal journals, reference data and analytical tools. Features, supported game versions and data sources may change. Market information, public profiles, guides, OCR results and forecasts may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect and must be independently verified.
3. Independent product
ITA is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Battlestate Games Limited, BattlEye Innovations e.K., Overwolf or their affiliates. Escape from Tarkov and associated names, images and marks belong to their respective owners. No ownership of third-party intellectual property is claimed.
4. Licence
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the application on devices you control. You may not resell access, bypass entitlements, distribute modified builds, remove notices, extract credentials, attack the service or use ITA to violate another service’s rules.
5. Safe use
ITA is designed not to read game memory, inject code, intercept game traffic, automate input or provide live opponent tracking. You must not modify, combine or operate ITA in a way that creates those capabilities. Game and anti-cheat rules remain controlling, and you are responsible for deciding whether use is permitted in your circumstances. Stop using ITA if a game publisher or anti-cheat requests it.
6. Accounts and security
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure. Notify support promptly of suspected misuse. We may suspend access needed to investigate abuse, fraud, payment disputes or security incidents.
7. Free and Pro
Free features may be offered without charge. ITA Pro grants the features displayed at purchase for the stated term. Cryptocurrency checkout is a one-time purchase of a fixed access term unless the checkout expressly states otherwise; it is not automatically renewed. Boosty or another provider may operate recurring billing under the terms displayed by that provider.
8. Payment
Prices, currency, provider fees and the access period are displayed before payment. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible and may carry network or conversion fees. An entitlement is issued only after the provider confirms sufficient payment and our server validates the invoice. See the Billing Disclosure.
9. Availability and changes
We may maintain, change, suspend or discontinue features for security, legal, technical or commercial reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Where a paid service is permanently discontinued, remedies are governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory law.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, ITA is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or compatibility with every game update. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits, loss of virtual items, game-account action, provider outage or decisions based on analytical output. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid term will not exceed the amount you paid for that term, except where a limitation is prohibited by law.
12. Termination
You may stop using ITA at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, fraud, attacks, unlawful use or requirements imposed by a competent authority or upstream platform. Sections intended by their nature to survive termination remain effective.
13. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator in the Republic of Belarus, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their habitual place of residence. Contact support first so we can attempt to resolve a dispute informally.
14. Changes and contact
Updated Terms will be published with a new effective date. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions: [email protected].
