Howa Type 20 5.56x45 assault rifle

A Japanese 5.56x45 assault rifle developed by Howa Machinery as the successor to the Type 89. Designed to meet modern battlefield requirements, it features improved ergonomics, ambidextrous controls, and enhanced reliability in harsh environments. Currently in service with the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force.
